The file will automatically download and UnStuff, creating a "TA Mac 3.1.1.Updater" file.
Run the "TA Mac 3.1.1.Updater" by double-clicking on it.
Choose "Update", and the file will then detect Total Annhilation installed on the system and update as required. This will update you to version 3.1.1.
